This workout consists of 3 short intervals that are designed to boost your metabolism so you become a lean fat burning machine!

  • Level - 0 Alpha

    It consists of five workouts, and over the course of the first month it builds a solid foundation for your fitness progress. It consists of five workouts, and serves as a preparation for your fitness progress.

  • Level - 1 Beta

    Beta is pushing harder. It consists of 10 workouts including basic cross-fit stretching with high intensity program and more integrated version of this insanity.

  • Level - 2 Gamma

    Gamma is a complete super impressive workout designed for you to gain maximum strength and let your body go to the extreme power, you need to push your body harder, but for shorter durations. Alternate cardio workout with sprint intervals at 85% of your max heart rate.

If you're starting a workout program that calls itself "Insanity", you know it's going to be over the top. This is one of the most challenging fitness programs in the market. Insanity is a total body workout you do, using your own body weight for resistance. The program is based on a fitness method called "max interval training". In traditional interval training, you workout at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between. The idea is to increase your aerobic fitness level while burning fat. Max interval is a training you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-seconds of rest in between. exercising at this extreme intensity level will help you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour.
